Over 150,000 Iberico hams and shoulders are produced in\u00a0Burguillos del Cerro, Badajoz, Spain<\/strong> in the categories of Cebo (grain fed), Cebo de Campo (natural feed based), Bellota (acorn fed) and Bellota with the\u00a0Designation of Origin \u00abDehesa de Extremadura\u00bb <\/strong>seal. The Bellota pieces marked with the counter label\u00a0of the Spanish Designation of Origin represent 10% of the total production controlled by the D.O.<\/p>\n
