Industrias Cárnicas Villar are expanding their range with the launch of a new range of sliced cold cuts: ‘Iberian Cebo de Campo’ (50% Iberian). This new range is made from an unbeatable raw material: ‘free-range’ pigs that have the chance to make the most of what nature provides and that are reared for at least 12 months. These older animals produce hams and shoulder of pork that are both larger and of higher quality.
The know-how of the craftsmen working in the production and curing departments ensures the Villar sliced ‘Cebo de CampoIbérico’ (50% Iberian) is exquisite in taste and bouquet, almost on a par with the ‘Bellotas’. Additionally, the longer period spent curing makes the cuts even more flavoursome and aromatic.
The presentation of these pre-cut slices evokes an air of freshness, as well as meaning they are ready to serve. This is a Gourmet Iberian product that is in everyone’s price range!
