Casademont brings together a three-generation family tradition of charcuterie and the latest technology.  Its origins date back to 1956 to a small producer in Girona, who made high-quality fuet dried sausages, cured and cooked hams and cold meats. Today, it is a leading company in the production of charcuterie products, and fuet is its ‘star product’.

Casademont has 40,000 m2 of factory space, divided between its facilities at Sant Gregori and Palol de Revardit, with a combined production capacity of 25,000 tonnes per year of cured, cooked and sliced packaged meat and 312,000 hams. Of this, 40% is cured and 60% is cooked.

All its products are gluten-free. It exports to 70 countries and is committed to innovation through its R+D+I department which is constantly carrying out research to improve all its product lines.
